I lost my Oehler Program ,,at what range would the big slow bullet catch the fast light bullet in the wind and on the drop chart..I`m geussing it`ll be over 700 yards.

according to my program, it'll be over 1000 yards for the slow BC bullet to catch up in drop with the fast bullet.
However, windage is in favor of the high BC bullet after only 400 yards. And KE is in favor of the high BC bullet from the start (I'm assuming you're talking about the 150 AB vs the 208 A Max).
