Thats a lotta BC......
I`m gonna shoot some 162 A-Max`s in the 7/338 and see if I can get any speed from it.
I`m thinkin 3400+.

Bens 7RUM would run the 160 SGKBTHP at 3350 pretty easy with Retumbo and RL25,he couldn`t stand shootin it though,,
what action could a man use for a 4 inch OAL ??

Solid bottom 40X single shot......
My case is smaller than the 7 UM so maybe RL25 or H1000 will be my first attempt powder wise.
My rifle is over 9 1/2 pounds so no sweat with recoil.

if that`ll shoot you wont need any come ups to 425 or soo,,them Hornady bullets are way underrated..
7mm 162 is what .640 BC or something at 3400,,thats some serious stuff.
I hear Berger is working on a bigger 7mm and a huge 338 bulet..both gonna be over .800 I hear..
