I know there is no adjustments on the factory encore triggers, so, has anyone changed theirs out? I'd like to have a fully adj. trigger, the one on mine is way to heavy. Where did ya get them, and how much?

Yes Mike is your trigger guru. If you elect to do it your self order 3 to 4 spring, (I recommend #4 -#7). Most of my guns have the #5 but you have to follow the instructions that you can download from his web site. I recommend ordering his stones and pliers to hold spring. Be careful: only mess with the sear to polish and do not alter in anyway or you will have very poor results in your work. I have not had a problem with any until I purchase a used frame the ofter day and someone had screw up the sear so bad I had to send the frame in to get a new sear and that is another 80 buck of wasted time.
Putting the springs in can be very tricky until you do it a number of times.
I also recommend if you do not feel comfortable in doing this type of job please send it to Mike or Jim and pay the 100 +/- to get it done and done right.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

I've done 3 Encore triggers using Mike's instructions and springs. All turned out great. He is a excellent resource.
