If you chronographed those loads you'd find that they're quite a bit slower than the naked bullets accounting for the position on target. Usually coated bullets require quite a bit heavier charge to get to the same velocities and pressure. With me I've tried both but the jury is still out. Currently I'm running around naked. Now there's a scary picture for you.

Experiments like that could cause blindness. We had better stick with bullets.
