I'm using 2-50grain 777 pellets with a 777 primer, getting almost a second delay between hammer drop to ignition, please advise.

Pellets seem to hesitate before igniting.Plus after you swaub or clean fire a cap to dry out nipple!

It could be your primers. I noticed this year while firing caps in the dark, that winchesters were throwing a flash about 6 inches out the end of the barrel. I switche to Remington Premier primers and they were throwig a flash almost 2 feet out the end of the barrel. All I will shoot now are the premiers.

If you can, borrow a primer and a couple of pellets from someone...this will rule yours out as being bad. \:\)

Something is either partially blocking your nipple or you got some bad primers one.
I have never had a delay with them.
Well unless I was using number 11 caps like a moron anyway. \:D

Look's like I got a bad lot of the 777 primers, a new box of Winchesters took care of my problem, Thank's All.
