Do any of you target bobcats during daylight hours here in TN?
Any suggestions for success? I have the mouthcall and have used turkey calls to sound like a dying rabbit for coyotes, does this work for cats too?
Didn't grow up in an area that had them.

Youve got to take your time with cats and keep out a sharp eye. They come in alot slower than yotes or foxes. It can take a cat 30 min to 1 hr to come in stopping and sitting from time to time to take a look around. Thats where the sharp eye comes in. Same sounds work on the cats that work on the yotes.

Ive killed 4 just by deerhunting and rabbit hunting. Never targeted them specifically.

One thing to keep in mind.....is a cat is very sight oriented, as a yote or fox uses its nose. Take a turkey feather, or any large feather, tie a string to it, and put it on s stick or tie it to a branch 20 or 30 yards away. Just watch your movements also.
