if you get a new christmas tree don't through out the old one. Keep it. The fake christmas trees that have each limb seperate would make a great camo for a perminate tree stand!!!

another tip on this line, is that fall colored foliage that comes in stings or vines. I've used it on my climber in the past and it does a good job of breaking up the outline against the sky.

Darn good idea.. I have a old one that should have went to the curb months ago, Now my wife is all P.O.ed because thanks to your idea she'll be walking around it until next September..
