just curious, but what does this mean? "He assisted with the timing of the shot (shoot now)" are you blind or something?

Actual drop with the way my gun is zeroed is closer to 30 inches. However, if you could read, gun was zeroed using a Leupold Boone and Crockett reticle with hash marks verified beforehand. So I held dead on the shoulder with the last hash mark.
Yep I'm blind. You must be too. You can't see the forest for the trees.
My friend was urging me to shoot. Nothing more or less.
I guess there may have been 36" of drop. He did go straight down 36" - with a high shoulder shot.
Don't bad mouth the shot because you can't do it yourself.

WTG EWC.
I have practiced at 300 but still not there yet to take game with my Encore at that range. But no doubt at 200. My drop is 30 to 33 inches at 300.
again congrats

...., I wasn't "ridiculing" you. I was just laughing that you gave us an equipment list that was all inclusive and thought that you might as well go all the way and tell us what kind of underwear you had on. It was my intent to laugh with you, but if you took it otherwise, so be it. But, since you do seem overly sensitive that everyone is not falling all over themselves to pat you on the back for your magnificient shooting, maybe its because at some point the hunting skills that most of us try to develop become unnecessary when you shoot at deer that are so far away that they don't even know you are around. And, you are correct. Most of us probably couldn't make that shot. Then again, most of us wouldn't even consider trying it. Nice shot.
