What's the longest distance you're confident in for a kill shot? Obviously it depends on the type of ML and for some reason I got ridiculed last season for the same question on rifles, but I'm interested in the craft of marskmanship.

I'm comfortable with 150 yards. Most of my shots will be 1/2 that though!

A quality rangefinder is a must.
I can do 300 with the right conditions. Last crosshair down on my Leupold Boone&Crockett reticle is +5" at that range.
200 is a chip shot.
I practice that far, but the furthest I have killed one is 140. Most of my muzzleloader shots rarely exceed 60 yards.

My MZ is sighted in for 100 yards, Have never shot any further at the rangae. I hunt thickets and my average MZ shot is 20-30 yards. I did kill a deer at 80 yards once, but that was a fluke. He just happened to walk out into a field as I was getting ready to leave.

The longest I have shot a deer with my Savage ML is 186 yards. Last year I dropped one at 150 yards. It is accurate well passed this and has plenty of nockdown power left.
