Took the Ruger to the ranges and she is getting .5 moa with 139gr Hornady Interlocks and 140gr barnes TSX's. This one is going to be a keeper.

I've got a little model 93 Mauser that I'm thinking about scoping. Something about 7X57 that intrigues me.

Field and Stream (july 07, David Petzal)rated the 7x57 and 7mm-08 the top mid sized rounds (a tie)in a recent article..("Big Game, Light kickers"). They are essentially the same.
