Has anyone reloaded this bullet yet? I cooked up 2 different loads of H4350 at 67.0 gr and 67.5 gr. I can't wait to get to the range to see how well they shoot.

No, but I shot my 7wsm today with the 140 tsx and 67.5 gr of H4831-sc and got 3118, 3103, and 3109 and about 3/4-1 moa at 100 and about the same at 400. Should have had a sub-1/4 moa at 400, but blew the third shot.

Muzzle was 4' from chrono and actual reading was used.

I shot this Saturday and was shooting H4350 70.0, 70.5, and 71 grains with 139 grain Interbond. I was getting right at 1" at 100 yds with no cool down. My chrony I think is messed up because I was getting 3562 fps and 3600 fps. I have to try with the chrony in better lighting and not in the shade.

I'm hoping I can get 3400 to 3500+ fps with the 120 TSX.

Was getting close to 3600 with the 120 TSX's out of my 7 WSM. Accuracy was around 1 1/2 inches yards. Pitiful out of a custom rifle used to 3/4 inch groups at 200 yards. Haven't tried them since

What powder and how many grains were you using? I'd like to see if that load will shoot well out of my rifle.

I have heard to increase accuracy, you have to seat the TSX deeper than other bullets.

Got out the log book, the previous post was just from memory...

68.0gr Re19 3460 av velocity 2.03" group
69.0gr Re19 3510 av velocity 2.40" group

Again, this was out of a custom rifle putting 140 AB's into .75" at 200 yards, so that was all I needed to see of the TSX's. Not willing to give up so much BC, esp in light of such a degredation in accuracy.

I seated them 0.15" off the lands, maybe seating them deeper would have made a difference, but the real reason I shot them was to see if I could decrease recoil a little out of the lightweight custom... and I could appreciate no difference between the 120's and the 140's.

My Ruger M77 in 7x57mm loves the 140gr TSX's. I use reloader 19 and the last load I worked up was shot at 50yds and measured less than .25 moa, it would probably go about .50 to.75 at 100yds. I have had great success with the TSX's, but the old X bullets left me feeling violated after what I paid for them!
300WSM- 168gr TSX .8 moa -
308WIN- 168gr TSX .3 moa -
223REM- 70gr TSX .5 moa
22-250- 55gr TSX .8 moa
7mm Mauser 140gr TSX (great, but not finished yet)
450 Marlin 300gr X (50yds iron sights) 1-2 moa
6.5 Swede 120gr X TERRIBLE (3.5-4.0 moa)
