The rifle season opens up here in 10 days, I will probably choose the Rem. 700 in the .300 Sav over my Ruger M77 in 7mm mag.
I really like that .300 Sav.

Custom 300 RUM for the long shots in the morning and evening hunts.
New 700 titanium in 7-08 or custom Rem 700 7 WSM for midday hunt.

One of my Model 70's. More than likely it will be my 270 WSM. The 7mm WSM is in a close 2nd.

Kimber 84M Montana in .308....if I get my scope, a load worked up and sighted in by then...tick tock tick tock. If that doesnt work out in time, I will carry my Kimber 8400 in 270 WSM, its ready to go.

my slightly tricked out mod 70 ot6 and the daughter will be carrying her 20 ga ultra slug hunter, only got one rifle , one shotgun for turkey hunting,one muzzle loader,one bow and the kids slug gun .lets me know them all very well.

Well my first rifle hunt will be in west tn so my 2 that are goin are gonna be my Remington 721 .30-06 and the CDL-SF.
