Wally World has the ADL in 7 mag for $300 on clearance with a $30 rebate. Not exactly what you're looking for, but it's hard to beat the price. I picked up a 270 last week @ $325 w/$30 rebate and took it straight to the gunsmith. It may be after the season before I get the right loads worked up, but we'll see how she does.
