this is small compared to that 17 pt that was recently shot on post, and i am seriously thinking of going to the savage 10ml darkside to get some range and hanging up the renegade50 cal next year. it has happened to many times seeing a brute that is out their and cant shoot that far . got even more shooters regret dropping this one so early in the season kinda more now . but im gonna get my daughter out to 1 of my 3 spots espically with the prerut and rut coming soon when the big boys start coming out of the impact areas chasing does and losing their minds. i hope she can drop a good one with the 20 ga ultra slug hunter i got her.she is anxious to get out in the woods and hunt but work has kept me out of the woods for the last 2 weeks and hopefully on the 28th it will either be me and her on post or out to stewart state forest for the youth hunt...
