Reseeded some plots yesterday with wheat and oats. According to weather. com it looks like a they rec'd a good bit of rain today. How long will it take before they sprout and I start seeing the results?

at best 3 to 4 days. Average about a week to ten days you should see the green.

I've seen wheat and oats germinate (produce a visible root) in 48 hours after they are first rained on. However, to see "green," 3-4 days.
