Bought one off Ebay ( yay i know, should have known better)but received it & wont range anything past 57 yards. did not know if anyone else had bought one from 123knorr & had a probelm with it.
hate to send it back to leupold this close to season opening - have tried to contact seller several times but no reply.

Have tried it on all settings & all 13 different reticles - bow-gun - & even both off & just the basic range finder -

Dont no call them and see if they will send you one and you send that one back. Ask if they have had any problems with them

Thats strange 57 yds? Take the batteries out for 5 min. and see if it will reset. I have a RX II I bought from the same dealer as you, no problems as of yet. Other than trying to learn about all the bells and whistles. Good Luck and let me know what you find out just in case I have the same problem later on. TRR

Hey, I am also a 123knorr customer who has had no problems.
Realy sounds like you are in bow mode. I have mine currently set for line of sight only. To change modes hit mode on the side. Click your to button on top. If the mode shows up you are in that mode, press the top button again and it will go away (off) press mode again to advance to the next options.
Double check all modes are off and post again if you are still having issues, there are alot of options and I havent figgured them all out yet but I will try to help.
