BAR .243 groups............

I own several .243's. They have served me well over the years, one since 1969, a Remington 700 ADL.
Shooting the BAR's I feel the groupings are fairly loose, perhaps the heat and bore cleanliness having something to do with it. I always shoot new ammunition. Generally speaking the colder the weather it seems the tighter the groups.
Anyone have any general comments on working with/sighting in the Browing rifling? Thanks in advance, especially the RedNeck Prof who at one time was extremely helpful in this forum.

I own a couple of BAR's, a .300WSM and a .270 win. Both are pretty accurate, at least as good as the shooter in my case. I woulds first run different brands of ammo and different weights. You may run across one that the gun prefers over the other. I always shoot Winchester Supreme's.

I own a Belgium .300 Win Mag BAR. It shoots about 1" 3 shot groups at 100 yds. Better than I'll ever need.
