I was given a Browning A-5 (1940's era), that dang thing kicked like a ticked off mule. I installed a mercury recoil surpressor and a Pacmahr recoil pad. What a difference, it still has some recoil to it, but no where near the original kick.
There are ways to tame the savage beasts...................
