I'd vote norma or remington as well.
Then the real question... is it really better than Rem or Winchester brass as everyone says it is?

An ex Nosler employee on Long range hunting said it was Federal brass.
They do an awesome job of weight sorting it, and deburring the inside flash hole.
Its drawback is weight. It is heavier than most all else.

I would use nosler brass in all my guns if it wasnt so freakin expensive.

Makes perfect sense, they are an ammunition only company and outsourcing components is very common with all companies these days. I know that their lead shot goes through a very strict inspection process and all the rejected shot is sold to Remington and Winchester for their shot loads. Some companies just have higher standards.
