NICE!!!!
Seems like way to much seed on that 2.5 acres though......
yeh we put it on thick probally overseeded but I believe it will be alright cause with no other food around theare going to hit it hard
the co-op told us on the oats 130 pd per acre and about the same for the peas I figure the turkey have already taken out 5 pds today love them turkeys they are just hard on a plot..

All information i have gathered says 100 lbs oats per acre 50 lbs peas per acre
This is for single plantings,.. not mixed!! When mixed,.. you cut that ratio down. There's nothing wrong with alittle overseeding ,. but you majorly overseeded. Lots of wasted money ,. and i hope your oats don't smother out the peas before they can get started well.
I'm not slamming you or anything,... but i sure hate for people to waste hard earned money and put that much time into something and it not work out like they planned. Putting down to much seed is as bad as not putting enough down in some situations!!

i agree with the overseeding is as harmful as underseeding

sorry guys miss typed we put 150 pds of seed and 150 pds of peas didn't know what you guys was talkin about until I reread my on post
