Can anybody give me a value on a used Leupold Vari-X III 2.5x8 in gloss finish, duplex reticle? It is an older model in great condition. Thanks.

got one on my model 70 classic sporter ot-6 it was 329.00 when i bought it from kesserling gun shop in bellingham washington in 1997.

The new model (VX III) matte of these scopes sell for around 325 to 345 on most forums I see (used not new) .... That one being a VariX III and in gloss would bring a little lower.... probably closer to 300 to 315....

just under 300 if its got click adjustments
probably around 260-275 if its friction
