I think someone (possibly TOW) had a good list they posted in the past but thought it might be good to do it again and maybe even a new one or two.
Some old ones like...

Just thought of another one.
Maybe take a fresh (spare) battery for your scope if it uses one.

horton users, if you squeeze the trigger accidently before releasing the saftey

CAUTION
when you do release the saftey your arrow is in flight at that exact moment

Excalibur users, be sure your limbs are free of any brush or sapling upon release or it could knock you out of your stand and break your jaw.

Believe that would be the left limb for a right hand shooter, the other limb jerks the bow out of your hands and sends it flying!!
