What is the weight of my arrow? 2413 @ 28", 100gr point, blazer veins, uni knock
2413 shaft, 10.5 gr./in. = 294 grains insert and point = 140 grains Blazer vanes = 15 grains Super nock and bushing = 25 grains
Total arrow weight should be 474 grains.

you could probably shoot a good quality carbon arrow and drop 75-100 grains of weight and still have the correct spine and hit just as hard with the extra speed you pick up from a carbon and have alot flatter shooting arrow.

Yea I was shooting 5575's about 285 fps but always just trying new things. Plus I got these arrows really cheap and just wanted to try them. I haven't shot them through a chrono but I would guess 255-260 fps. I have noticed that my bow seems quiter and I'm getting better groups. I think I may try them this season and see how they do. I don't notice a huge change in trajectory until I get past 30 yards. Thanks for the info, i knew they would be pretty dang heavy.
