Ok so I got drawn for BICOLOR and was reading some recent stuff about it and came across this....
http://www.chattanoogan.com/2011/8/2/206245/-Hog-Wars--Closes-Catoosa-Wildlife.aspx

Just what am I getting myself into? I've never stepped foot there before and I may be able to hit it once before hunting season to do some scouting and fishing but is it really worth a flat tire or nail through the foot? geez

Ok, just went back and looked and you are right. I looked at the date and I saw todays date thinking this was taking place currently. My mistake.

Yup old news. Know plenty that hunt it every year and not a word of nails. Was there last year during a turkey hunt and not a problem. No more worries there than any other place. Since you ain't been there before get several places that interest you as far as hunting. Lots of hunters. Don't over look some spots. Heck the last time me and buddy hunting there were running late and I got beat to the two spots I wanted. Since it was getting daylight walked back to the truck and took off down a small creek running thru a thicket. About 200 yards in it open up and 3 saddles came into a flat. Less than 30 minutes later a 4 point literally almost stepped on me. A few min later another came off the furthest saddle but not a legal one either. Good luck
