Becareful how you do it. I went from 165 to 235 in 4 years. Eating a lot (but the right things) and taking weight gainer from GNC. But I was working out and playing football everday.I was actually in really good shape. When I quit I didn't quit eating like I was. Its a very hard habit to break when your used to eating so many calories but no longer burning if off like you used to. I have hit 300 pounds and I'm trying to at least get back down to 250. And it is a whole nother game taking it off vs gaining.
