The doe looks like she is not going to make it. The buck looks like he is 3 1/2 maybe older. I'm goin on the swayedback and sagging belly. but more pictures would help.

Doe does look bad, Thats one heck of a 6 point, nice brows!

The doe doesn't look too bad. I don't think there is enough evidence in that picture to say she is sick.
The "sagging belly and swayed back" of the buck is due to the way he is standing (with his back legs extended behind him). He is not a mature buck by any means. At least 2 1/2, and maybe 3 1/2.

Doe looks okay to me, buck is middle-aged.
