SMACK!!

Supreme Court limits president's recess appointment power

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/06/26/supreme-court-limits-president-recess-appointment-power/

Ok..now to question if the decisions made by the “appointees” while in the positions are valid?

Apparently not, thus setting limits, and not revoking. \:\(

It ain't perfect, or even close. But at least SCOTUS stood up to the Nigerian emperor, if even begging his forgiveness while doing so. Have to start someplace. This is only one of many egregious examples of over-stepping his authority.

"[A] mere demarcation on parchment of the constitutional limits of the several departments, is not a sufficient guard against those encroachments which lead to a tyrannical concentration of all the powers of government in the same hands." --James Madison, Federalist No. 48, 1788

How offensive, calling him a Nigerian emperor.

He's KENYAN. \:D

It's a small start but the SCOTUS just said he didn't follow the law. Who would file charges?

DOJ and Holder don't give a crap what he does, He will be long out of office before this goes anywhere.

They don't live by the same rules.

We might be missing something here.

This could very well be a start to stop Obama's power and scale it back.

Remember the Senate is controlled by the Democrats and they could NOT get Obama's people though. Which is why he had to try to get them in under the rug. That means several Democrats broke away from him and Harry Reid on the appointments.

Also the Court ruled 9-0, the liberals and ever the ones put in the Court by Obama himself ruled AGAINST him.

Keep the House and take the Senate and Obama WILL have to work with them knowing the Court will step in again if he keeps trying to push outside.

Fox News is reporting up to 450 of the NLRB rulings may have to be done over due to the SCOTUS ruling.

Yes that's good and it's a start.

Now get this guys.

Over on a left wing site I go on sometimes to see what's going on and said over there they are screaming it was the "conservative" judges that pushed it though but in truth the vote was 9-0 not 5-4.
