Everything important in life was learned from Mary Jo Kopechne.
I did one last night and kind of stumbled into a great way to get it just the way I like it. I let it thaw out but left just the very center of it unthawed. I seasoned it with Cabelas Whiskey Steak seasoning and seared both sides for a couple of minutes. It was absolutely perfect inside. Coupled it with some white mushrooms that I sautéed in a grapeseed oil and raspberry infused balsamic vinegar drizzle.
