Good to hear. Don't forget to let your meat rest for about 10 minutes after you pull it from the heat. If you cut it too soon, it will run the juices out before they have a chance to redistribute in the meat.

On the flip side, it's not a problem if you have enough bread ;\)

I did one last night and kind of stumbled into a great way to get it just the way I like it. I let it thaw out but left just the very center of it unthawed. I seasoned it with Cabelas Whiskey Steak seasoning and seared both sides for a couple of minutes. It was absolutely perfect inside. Coupled it with some white mushrooms that I sautéed in a grapeseed oil and raspberry infused balsamic vinegar drizzle.

My picture isn't as pretty as the rest, but I cooked these yesterday. Best I've ever cooked. I actually didn't overcook them for once.
