I just got a set of adjustable 105 lb dumbbells and have some whey protein and a straight bar on the way. It is time to build some serious strength back.

This week has gone pretty well. We've gotten chest/ tri, back/bi, shoulders/traps and will finish with legs on Sunday. It's hard scheduling workouts around the wife's job and when the baby is asleep. Anybody else dealing with this?

Good luck. I'm fixing to learn about the scheduling. Curious which adjustable weights did you buy?

I just got the basic threaded standard 105 lb set from Idzo on Amazon. They had the best prices and good reviews. I also got a straight bar from CAP that fills in for what the dumbbells cant do like cleans, squats, skull-crushers, etc.

I have been doing T25 and listen how I have to schedule my workouts with my wife (as best as we can) she works at M&M Mars so she works SWING SHIFT!!! PLUS I we have a 9 month old boy. Sometime I have to do it without her since he pretty much tells me when I can workout. HAHA it is tough for sure.

My question is, are you eating right???

That sounds rough. My wife is a nurse and usually doesnt get home to eat dinner till around 8 pm. Talking her into a leg workout after we put the baby down is like getting a Muslim to publicly support Israel. Such is the struggle of married men who want to get into shape!

Yeah, we typically eat pretty well and here lately we've cut down on portion sizes and started having more proteins. She could have the actual prescribed portion sizes and be fine but I despise hunger more than almost anything else lol.
