I used ground chuck, kept it simple, chopped fresh green onions, fresh mushrooms, cream cheese, shredded cheese and my own rub. Absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!!

How long do they cook. Low heat, smoking them or what? Do you have a link to info/instructions?

Since I was using ground beef, I cooked them about 1 hr 15 min until the center temperature was at 145 degrees. I cooked using indirect heat at about 240.
