Anyone else's very thin this year? I think the extreme cold and longer than normal winter stunted its growth. The field behind my house made 54 on the first cut last year. This year made 28

Very thick around here, but 1st cut is late due to all the rain.

I'm glad its turned out good for y'all. All the farms next to me are coming up short too. One buddy has 2 Bermuda fields that took a bad beating. It appears to be worse in low laying areas

Most fields around here are off around 25 percent.

Don't know how it is but went to Waverly today to see my dad and it seems every other field was getting cut, raked, or baled. Saw what I think was a tiny fawn trying to run across one.

Dads burned up. Too much rain and not able to get in the fields and it's just thin and the tips are gone.
