My brother had a couple of the green ceramic pans that they sell on tv that they got at walgreens and I was able to get eggs to stick to them. I always made sure they were well oiled after that whenever using them.

My F-I-L swears by the green pans. He has 2 or 3 sizes of them and they have been actively cooking in them for over a year now. Our non-stick is now a stick version... so we will be getting the green pans regardless of where they are made.

This is a good choice. heavy enough to hold heat well.

plinker the 1 you posted is probably what I have. not putting it in the dishwasher will make it last longer, reading info on them & sticking to it will make them last. over heating any pan will shorten their life except for cast iron imo

Thanks Hawk & Mike.

I might listen to G8rntn but he makes such AWFUL choices in football teams... I'm just not sure I can trust him for pan advice. ;\)

This is a ceramic pan, very heavy, that I showed my wife tonight. I like it. Anyone have any experience with this brand. Regularly $29.99, on sale for $26.99 & my wife has a $3 off coupon. \:\)

Here is the back side.
