Okay, I'm considering the darkside. Looking at the Horton HD 150 crossbow package and can't quite decide. Is it a good crossbow and worth the cash as a starter package?

I have a Horton Legend SL and have been very satisified with it. At first I was a little dissapppointed but quickly discovered the anti crossbow hype was wrong and you actually do have to practice with them just like a bow. Now it works great.

I bought a summit hd150 red dot scope package for my son for $285 shipped to my door. Not sure if this is the best price or not, I can PM you the details if interested.

I have the yukon, I got it on ebay, Love it.
I still wont take a shot over 25 yards ( wouldnt with a compound either \:\) and my hardest adjustment was that when you pulled the trigger, the arrow was so fast I cant track it with my eye the way I could with my coumpond, for some reason that was hard to get used too. just my experience
