I've hunted private dove fields through the years but never a WMA field. I'm thinking about hunting one opening day. Realizing the shooting begins at 12 noon and I think several hunters will be hunting this field. What should I expect? How early should I show up?

I usually get there by 11 am at the latest. That way you can pick a decent lookin spot.

On the public fields I've been on, it's so crowded you don't need orange since you can reach out and touch the next hunter down the line.
