I recently started a 90-Day Challenge. My goal is to lose 25 lbs and get in better overall shape. I have already lost 10 lbs! So ready for hunting season to get here. Will be able to hike to those far off stands now!

I'm glad its helping you loose weight, it may be a good short term program to motivate you, but staying on soy protein which is their main ingrediant is not the healthiest way to loose weight and stay healthy. Maybe that's why they call it a 90 day program?
