Well I finally got home ( been gone since jan 25). Now I did miss a month of working. Which isn't normal. (Pulled a muscle in my back). So since last wed I dropped 8 pounds. I prefer lean muscle. And have also gotten alil stronger In the 1.5 weeks at home so far. I'm tryn to get back down to 9% body fat. But I will say it's tough. Especially when you have a dad like mine that's made you two cakes since you been home lol. Happy lifting guys and good luck
