Right off the bat I have noticed I can no where near stretch the way I used too. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions on the proper way to stretch?

Never in my life.....until P90X.. P90X Yoga rocks!! However, I'm not quite ready for it yet. It's definitely a power Yoga but REALLY helps

I'm another one on the P90X bandwagon. I always just went through the motions stretching back when I was an athlete, but when I started the Power 90/P90X/Insanity program a couple of years ago, I decided to honestly give it all a shot -- including the yoga and stretching. What a difference! Completely changed the way I feel and during a 18 month really intense workout regime I honestly didn't have the first injury -- I attribute it all to the yoga/stretching program.

That being said, I really recommend the P90X X-stretch video. You can probably download it online (I did once when I was out of town and forgot my dvds). It's a 1 hour program that stretches everything from your neck to your feet. You can break it up or skip forward if 1 hour is too much. The Yoga-X is also great, but it's 90 minutes of stretching combined with strength and endurance training.

I'm currently doing P90X3, which has a Yoga routine, but it's only 30 minutes long and doesn't seem to focus on the stretching as much. I think I'm going to add X-stretch back into the rotation.
