Sweet pics! That fence is a little low tho' isn't it? 
I have a lot of old fence running through my land as a long time ago it use to be a working farm. I have left the majority of it up because it acts as a funnel to some extent. I tied the top of this one down to get it out of the way for pics...so NO it's not across someones fence!

Anyway, the reference to the fence was that it was a little low to keep them in.
