The crappie have been in 4-6 fow before the rain. I would imagine the upper end is still muddy from all the rain last Sunday. The lake is still up 4 feet above winter pool. Spring creek will usually clear up and warm up before stones river and that's where I'd be. Going to be a beautiful day to be out there. Let us know how you do.

Went out yesterday. Marked fish in 16-18 ft only caught one. Everyone I talked to on the water said the same thing. No one was sitting in any one spot to long either.

Yesterday (Saturday) the crappie were biting good. We put 83 fish in the boat with 33 being keeper crappies + some whites and yellow bass.
The cold front last night slowed our fishing down today. We only caught 35 fish and had only 16 keeper crappie plus some whites and yellow bellys.

Hoping tomorrow will be better.
