Love it. Anything you use other hot sauces on it's good on as well.

You can make Sirachi salt by soaking some salt in it and letting it dry.

If you like it that much, you should definitely make some Sriracha salt.

If you put hot sauce on it, Sriracha will be a perfect substitute. That stuff is delicious. And since it's not a vinegary sauce, it works very well in sweet combinations. Try it with some peanut butter & soy sauce for a tasty Asian dip. Or, just squirt it in some homemade chicken soup with a squeeze of lime.

There is an entire sub-culture out there dedicated to Sriracha sauce. Seriously. google it.

I haven't seen him on here in a while, but Dodge Man put up a recipe a while back where he made his own. It's a fermented sauce.

Whenever I'm feeling like I might be getting sick, I get a pipin' hot bowl of Pho from a non English speaking Vietnamese restaurant, squeeze some Sriracha in there and, 9 times out of 10, feel 100% better the next day.

I've been wanting to make a Squirrel Pho for awhile now -make the stock from squirrel and everything. I just got so burned out on cooking squirrels last year for the cookoff that I don't have the motivation.

I used to go to a place over off Charlotte Pike, but I can't remember the name. There is/was a large Ethnic Grocery store in the same strip mall.
