Either that or it's gonna grow reeeaaaaallllly good in that one spot.

I overseeded a few spots last weekend that seemed a little thin. This warmer reather and rain...the established stuff should start springing back very soon.

Will find out in a couple of months. Our mix was Advantage Landino, Yucchi Arrowleaf & Crimson.

Usually do it in fall and it does great. Schedule just didn't allow it this past year.

Cool. I just ordered 25# of Regal ladino, 25# of chicory, and 25# of medium red. I'm hoping to broadcast it in my 1st year clover/grain/brassica plots (~5-6 acres) during 1st weekend in March. More than likely I will miss the freeze-thaw-freeze-thaw cycle so I going to run my cultipacker over it to make sure I get good soil contact.

You might want to consider adding some Yucchi Arrowleaf to the mix. It'll come on strong about the time the Crimson starts to die off. Depending on heat of summer, it usually lasts until late June or early July. When it turns brown, we mow it to about a foot tall, and always have a good stand of Landino under it. I think that the Arroweaf acts as a type of nurse crop for the Landino as it provides shade from hot sun.

Pic was taken in June and the Arrowleaf lasted until mid July last year with all the rain we had.
