Now, on the issue of the EPA and the Obama's. Not surprising. This administration is nothing BUT corruption and inside deals.

Your points well taken.

. . . . as proof that the administration is pursuing a power grab.

"This is the smoking gun. For years, we have been saying the real agenda behind this administration's energy and environmental policies is the just what President Obama has said it is: to fundamentally transform America," Senior Vice President Dan Kish said in a statement. "In his testimony under oath, Beale, perhaps unwittingly, has laid bare the administration's end goal. The President's policies are not about carbon, they are not about coal, they are not even about energy and the environment. ... These policies are not about energy, but power."

Yes, the "Southern" leg of the Keystone pipeline is operational, transporting oil from Oklahoma to Texas, a quite paltry distance compared to the original intent of bringing oil all the way from Western Canada (North-Central Alberta) to our Gulf Coast (via a the shortest, most efficient route, the Keystone pipeline).

No oil comes down from landlocked Alberta (at least thru the Keystone "pipeline") until and unless the "Northern" leg is approved by President Obama.

A Nebraska judge on Wednesday struck down a law that allowed the Keystone XL pipeline to proceed through the state . . . .

The decision on a federal permit still rests with President Obama.

Meanwhile . . . . . .

Democrats who oppose the Keystone XL pipeline have thousands of dollars invested in direct competitors to the company looking to build the pipeline, public records show.

Sucks but she was right.
"Stacy agreed with opponents' arguments that a law passed in 2011 improperly allowed Heineman to give TransCanada eminent domain powers within the state. Stacy said the decision should have been made by the Nebraska Public Service Commission, which regulates pipelines and other utilities."

Do you want to open the potential for THIS kind of corruption? Businesses or friends of the govt. taking your home and land without oversight?
