Well the thing is my reloading bench is about 7ft behind me, in a air conditioned room, about 10ft from the fridge and the couch and TV so that part is good to go. Its just getting off my lazy [censored] and loading some ammo

Sounds to me like the couch, fridge, and TV may be part of the problem. Not that I would do that.

Just tumbled 600 .223 brass to get ready to do load development for the AR I recently bought.

Probably won't be even worth it to reload for the AR, though, unless I get a Dillon
