Well its pretty easy i guess...Lou Lou killed her second doe of her life and I killed none \:\)

With my company keeping me extremely busy and starting our new house I have not found the time to hunt...I did hunt with my daughter a few times and the first time out she killed...I did pass on several deer but nothing worth shooting...I have two more hunts planned and one includes a late Texas hunt...I am blessed that my daughter takes after me and aims straight ;\)

The barrel goes on past her side, so even if the gun was loaded (which it wasn't), it would have shot right passed her.
It may look bad because the barrel is close to her, but if saw still safe.

I remember Aaron had to explain the details the firsf time he posted the pic.

Oh god please lets not go through this again...This is a 7mm08 TC pro barrel single shot that is sticking past her arm at least 10"...The gun is unloaded due to the fact she shot the only bullet she had in the doe ;\) my daughter in no way was in any harms way when this picture was taken...I have been hunting since I was 3 and she has been hunting since she was 4...safety was my job for over 6 years and when it comes to my girls< me nor anything or anyone will put them in harms way...Thanks for the concern but pictures can sometimes be deceiving...Alway give the benefit of the doubt

Thanks for the congrats tho \:\)

Successful season there!

Two of my daughters took deer this year (first for the youngest, first buck for middle one). I was more excited than they were!

Wonderful---the picture is great too. Deer looks almost alive, Lou Lou's smile and look, background and the rifle she used on the hunt. You captured a great moment. Congrats to you both.
