they use mine some year 'round but it drops off drastically in October.
experienced hunters know its not just a bushy white tail, its a big middle finger.

Christmas eve morning I had 2 does and a spike hit the Trophy Rock at different times. Both does licked on it for over 10 minutes. The spike stayed about 4 minutes. 2 other yearlings were within 5 yards of it but never touched it.
