I eat meat. I've got enough problems than worrying about how to spend money on something else.....

Besides, meat tastes better and is much more fun to cook. And it's never confused for Metamucil \:D

I'm not into daily cooking so that would never work for me which is another main reason I supplement with protein. It's really not that expensive if you shop around and buy 5lbs at a time

2) I'm not a breakfast person - yet need the protein so, protein in the morning starts my day.

Yes, it's convenient

Protein supplements are not meant to be a meal replacement. I use ON gold standard 100% whey.

I use Syntha 6 and Dymatize Elite XT, they are both multi protein blends, Syntha 6 is more expensive and you get less of it, but tastes better.

ON gold standard whey. Tried several different brands over the past few years. I like this the best and feel it's the most cost effective. Do not waste your money on that expensive gnc crap, way overpriced!

Sadly, I will grab a muscle milk in the mornings instead of eating. If not for that, there's a good chance I won't get any nutrition until later in the day. Much later. \:\( I figure it's better than nothing. The peach is yummy, too. \:\)
