Are there any guns out there that are totally plastic?

Heard Senator Schumer of NY wants to ban all plastic guns.

I thought they already passed a law banning plastic guns back in the 80's because they were used for crimes IN MOVIES.

Now they are going after the 3D printed AR's.

You are correct, they are already illegal. This is just a way to ban 3 d gun "part" printing.

saw a completely plastic gun on tv news last night. shoots real bullets. You can make them at home with a 3D printer. plans are on the internet.

I'd like to ban idiotic politicians who have nothing better to do that ban things that are irrelevant.

THEY have done more damage to this country than ANY gun.

I had forgotten about the 3D printing thing.

Pretty crazy what technology can do.

So what? I can make a functioning firearm out of many readily available things - all of which will shoot real bullets. Does that mean we should outlaw Home Depot and WalMart?

It's all about control - nothing more, nothing less.

Those 3D printers can make about anything. My grandson in his engineering class has been making miniture bi wing airplanes. They look very good and can knock out one a class.
