Have always been skeptical of this, but I bought a bottle of it in pill form. Last night I had a killer leg workout that was more intense than any I have had in a long time. I could barely walk when I got home last night because my legs were so weak so I figured what the heck and took a couple. This morning I woke up expecting the worse and just a little bit of soreness and thats it. I actually ran 2 miles before work. I was pleasently shocked with how quickly I was able to recover using this.

It depends on what you read or who you talk to. Please post back after using it for a while. I would love to hear your thoughts after a period of use.

I am still using it. Although, I believe I am going to stop for a while strictly because I would like to see the effect it had. So far I have been very impressed. Let me give you a little back story. I quit my job as the manager of a fitness center 2 years ago and basically quit working out at the same time. In November I decided I was going to get back into it. I have a tendency to go at something way to hard at first. I know how to work out so I went straight back to the workouts I was doing 2 years ago, so needless to say, I would be extremely sore. I started taking it obviously on 11/11 according to my first post. Since then the soreness is GONE within a day, if I get sore at all. And I am pushing myself in the gym. In my opinion, for me the product works great! I have been very impressed so far. I am going to lay off for a week or 2 just to see the difference between being on it and not. As of today, I would recommend it. I am not sure on the brand I have though. Its a blue bottle with green letters if that helps! ha.
