We got out for a hunt on a beautiful morning here!Katie dropped in a nd had a Grey slammed in mere seconds. We rolled that one out and cut them loose again. They both dropped down out of sight into a ravine and soon appeared on the ridge over and I could tell they were getting "squirrely".Katie checked one side of a big oak and her daughter Casey checked the other side and exploded! Momma backed her and I rolled the fox squirrel out to them! This pup started at 4.5 months old treeing squirrel. She is a powerful treedog and I am tickled to death with her! This is where the hunt turns sour...We cut them loose and they drop in a little further and I asked my son to see whats up on the garmin alpha...he reaches into his pockect and then gives me that I cant believe it look...yep you guessed it.The Garmin was laying somewhere in that big track of timber! I told him to go roll the squirrel out to them as they had treed again. 1 hour later we find the Garmin and the feelings of breaking his neck started to subside..lol Casey on the left and Katie on the right.

Sounds like a great hunt! Sure are some great looking dogs! I recently bought a Garmin 220, and a couple collars for the dogs. Don't know how I went so long without them! I'd panic if I lost it!

lol, your trailer hitch makes the fox squirrels tail look like a coon tail! (in the pic)

Hind site is 20/20 for sure. I probably have more tied up in my tritronics exp 70 w/tracer lights & the Astro 20 then I would've if I'd bought the 1 system to do it all. Just didn't know how bad I needed it! LOL
