I've never had any luck cooking them and getting them tender. What is a good way to cook them?

I Smoked them a few hrs then put them in the oven in a pan with a inch of water and soak them in BBQ sauce. Cooked them about 6hr at 200.

They are so tender Bones fall out and you can cut them with a fork. I would put them up with any pork or beef ribs I have ever tasted.

You can also just braise/slow cook them like you would neck or shanks. You will want to saw or chop of the ribs into sections so that you get marrow in your stock.
Just throw some root vegetables and mushrooms in there, salt, pepper and herbs, add some beer or red wine and some stock or water and let it cook for 5-8 hours

Man those things look pretty awesome! I may have to keep the ribs on my next one instead of throwing them into the ground pile!

Main thing to make sure you do is to get as much fat cut off as you can the cook them long enough to cook out the rest. If any fat is left it will make you think you just ate a BBQ flavored candle. The fat coats you mouth lips in waxy film that is really anoying. It has no real taste but the waxy fealing makes you want to quit eating them.
